1. Supervising Children:
   • Ensure children's safety at all times and manage their daily routines, including meal times, play, and naps.
2. Activity Planning:
   • Organize fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities to keep children entertained and promote learning.
3. Mentoring Junior Sitters:
   • Provide guidance and direction to junior babysitters or assistants, ensuring consistency in caregiving.
4. Managing Emergencies:
   • Handle any emergency situations effectively, including minor injuries or sudden illnesses, and contact parents if necessary.
5. Communication with Parents:
   • Maintain open and clear communication with parents about their children’s activities, behaviors, and any concerns.
     

Skills:

1. Childcare Experience:
   • Extensive hands-on experience in babysitting or childcare, particularly with different age groups.
2. First Aid & CPR Certification:
   • Trained and certified in First Aid and CPR to handle emergencies.
3. Leadership Skills:
   • Ability to lead and mentor junior sitters, ensuring a smooth, structured caregiving environment.
4. Communication Skills:
   • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and other caregivers.
